New disaster tenancy resource
This handbook is for you if you have been impacted by a disaster and you’re a tenant in a private rental property in NSW, or you’re a homeowner who lives permanently in a residential park or village, such as a caravan park.
It explains your options about repairs, evictions, ending your tenancy, negotiating a rent reduction and other issues.
