For information about replacing an Australian citizenship certificate that has been lost, destroyed or damaged in a disaster, you can contact the Department of Home Affairs or call the Disaster Response Legal Service NSW on 1800 801 529.
If you have home and contents insurance, you may have cover for replacing certain documents, such as the certificate of title to your property. You should check this with your insurer or call the Disaster Response Legal Service NSW on 1800 801 529 for help.
