DRLS with Scott Pape, Barefoot Investor

Last week Scott Pape, the Barefoot Investor and financial counsellor, launched his new book Barefoot Kids in Lismore.

He used the opportunity to hear from the local community about the ongoing recovery after the devastating February and March floods, at an event bringing together Financial Counselling Australia, the Northern Rivers Financial Counselling Service and the Legal Aid NSW Disaster Response Legal Service. Scott gave everyone a free copy of his book and encouraged people to link in with Legal Aid and the Financial Counselling services at the event”.

Emma Heagney and Jenni Henstock from Legal Aid attended the event and were able to talk to many people still with questions after the floods about the types of matters the Disaster Response Legal Service can help with, and how to reach us.
